    LA FAUVETTE: A NEW GROOMED ROUTE AT LAKE PLAGNES

    On the path going towards the Lens chalets: – 2km with 230m of vertical elevation.
    Starts from Lake Plagnes car park. Return using the same route.

    This piste is especially suited to beginners!

    LA RELAIS: LA RELAIS: CLIMB RIGHT UP TO FOLLYS PEAK

    A marked trail on the Abondance domain with the uphill departure from the village centre up to Follys summit and its magnificent panorama overlooking the Dents du Midi and Lake Léman. This circuit snakes gently up the Alpine pastures and through the forests releasing a sense of freedom at the heights of the domain.

    Difficulty Red: 744m vertical elevation

    When the cable car is open it is possible to go up to the second section. On the edge of the forest, this short and regular circuit overlooks the Abondance valley. From the cable car arrival up to Follys summit, providing an easier ascension and guarantees better natural snow.

    The French Ski School proposes collective lessons, particular lessons for children and adults, in skiiing, snowboard, freeride, telemark, cross country skiing and handski. Piou Piou Club: Lessons for children from 3 to 5 years old.

    USEFUL INFO

    On the Essert ski domain, ski touring is authorised during the ski domain’s opening hours: going up the outside of the marked slopes, unless this is not possible and you may go up on the edge of the slopes. Ski touring is prohibited outside the ski domain’s opening hours.

    Always check weather conditions and avalanche risks before setting off towards the summits, safety material is mandatory (ARVA, shovel and probe) and don’t hesitate to call mountain professionals.
